My sinuses are killing me--help!?

My sinuses are killing me. I don't have a sinus infection. I have problems with my sinuses--on and off--but am not convinced that surgery is the best thing for me right now. Anyway, they are particularly hurting bad tonight. Can anyone recommend something to help me? I already use a Neti Pot, warm compresses, and advil cold & sinus. I also take nasonex. ...any ideas? Easy 10 points for anyone with a new trick that helps! I am soooo desperate right now! HELP! (

When I have bad sinus pressure I like to apply light pressure with my fingertips to each side of my nose, then breath in. Then I run both fingers across my forehead, starting in the middle and lightly pushing to the temples. Then I do the same thing on the sides of my face in front of my ear from top to bottom. Finally I place my index and middle finger at the base of the back of my head and push gently down to where my neck meets the top of my back and shoulders. It gets the congestion moving. I often find I need to use q-tips after doing this to relieve the pressure in my ears. It is a little unpleasant when you feel the congestion in your throat. A glass of water and a few stretches of my neck, shoulders and back, have me feeling great and works better than Advil cold and sinus for me.
