help 2007 LIFAN NINJA 200CC?

I am looking at this 2007 Lifan Ninja 200cc street bike. I have never owned a bike before but this one has caught my eye. The price on it is 2000 and it says it only has 10 miles on it, Does this seem to be to good to be true? I dont know what to look for so any help or opinions are greatly appreciated. Here are the specs.
