Exercise without losing weight good for health

It is commonly assumed to lose some weight we need to eat better and less and do more exercise. But studies have shown though we loose some pounds but we remain overweight instead of working hard and denying some craving food.

The main reason being overweight is the fat tissue is metabolically active, generating hormones and chemicals that harm the cardiovascular systems. Fat tissue that inflates our waistlines is essentially active. But some times we look fit even without losing weight, reduced waist size that serves as an easy to measure abdominal fat and one of the chemicals produced by fat tissue. But an appetizer needs to take a close look on his or her diet to gain benefits.

There is no study which says no exercise is good for healthy and sound body rather even a single walk can provide you some unseen essential benefits. Questioning an activity or a simple exercise is no less than an act of blasphemy. Even if you do not see tangible changes in your body it does not mean one is not reacting properly or it is not quite essential rather any form of exercise can help you gain benefits. Only visible weight loss is not the required form of desired result. But to feel dishearten and cease any form of activity or exercise can prove harmful.
