Walking is the perfect exercise, which has helped thousands of people. A simple 30 minutes walk exercise can help you lose weight with easiness without giving too much of trouble

Stick to the commitment that 'yes' you want to lose the weight and are ready to walk everyday. Read it everyday. Get a pair of good shoes, which need not be fashionable but be able to push you have a have good walk with all this to make you look slim. Get off your bus or train a stop early, and walk the rest of the way.

Build up friendship with people who are determined like you to do well and right for the body. Relax yourself and give good massage to your feet, which have walked miles in a week. Pamper your feet on weekends. Dialing walking even in mall before buying stuff can reduce the bulky pounds and add extra tone to your body.

Boost up your energy and give courage to yourself while walking like 'yes I can do it'. Be creative while doing this. Walk while watching particular favorite serial. Walking while taking long steps surely cuts down to your calories giving you perfect shape.

Don't go to the same place in your vicinity, which will leave you boring after some time, discover new place to walk every time after couple of weeks. Warm up first by walking slowly for about 5 minutes. Then spend about 5 minutes stretching at the end of your walk. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees, and let your hands swing in an arc from your waistband to chest height.
