Sports and exercise can really vary in the kinds of workouts they give you. We hope to include as much information about the way activities burn calories and which ones are most effective. I wanted to find out more about my fitness levels from the different sports I do. I do two different types of exercise, cycling this increases the cardiovascular fitness and is aerobic.
